We are booking Covid-19 KP.2 vaccines for ages 12 and up & Flu vaccines for HIGH PRIORITY GROUPS (see ministry website for details). If you would like a flu and covid vaccine at the same time, please book a Covid shot and in the notes, let us know you would like both. A CONSENT FORM WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL OR TEXT 6 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE FILL THIS OUT.
